no navigation system for the 6, why?

Why isn't it available for the 6? I travel a bunch here in the bay area, so it would be nice to have. Just wondering why there isn't a factory one for the 6.

I answered this one a long time ago (in the context of why US-spec Mazda3 has NAV as an option but US-spec Mazda6 does not).
