1. Before turn -
(power from parking)
Light is on, from parking lights
2. when you click turning sig (blinking on) -
(power from parking)
(power from turn sig)
Light is on cause of both
3. when you are turning, sig (blinking off) -
(power from parking)
(power from turn sig is off)

how does the thing blink? Parking lights don't turn off when you blink yoru turn signal.. or is it a series of on - dim, on bright, blinking?
I ask this only cause I want to make my rear turn sigs always stay on, for the circle look at night, and then, when I turn, it will blink as well.... would this work? I got another idea, but it's secret (g)
