Night Shift Workers? (Need Advice.)

You'll get adjusted soon enough. It's normal to feel like a zombie for the first few weeks and if you can't sleep, just get out of bed. Eventually you'll get used to sleeping only 5-6 hours.

My advice for eating....not that I'm slim or anything but I have maintained....is whatever time you wake up at, start with breakfast. If you wake up at 5-6pm don't go straight to eating supper..lol!

I've been working evenings and nights for the past 10 years...7 days a week!! Ok I do take 4 months off though.
