Nex Full Coil-Over Set up

I was browsing through e-bay before I went to bed and I came across this.

It is the "Nex" full coilover system, they say that it is a prototype and it is only $600. Does anybody know anything about Nex? Do ya'll think these even compare to the JIC's

I have installed JIC Magic coilovers twice and stocks twice. Those coilovers if those are accurate pics are completely not going to fit our cars. No matter what model you have of the Protege. Our fronts have a four bolt upper mount and rear a three. Those are both three bolt. Those rear coilovers have a scissor mount. Our cars use a regular hub two mount. Plus those have no Caster camber adjustments. Which in my opinion is very important for coilovers and racing suspensions. Do yourself a favor, if you are serious about these call the company get some better pics if they have none then I would not even consider these. Jic and Tein are currently the only companys I know of that produce full coilover suspension for our cars.

I wasnt going to buy them, I was just asking if anybody ever heard of the company. But thanks alot for the info, you are right, it said on the website that they are a prototype, maybe they are pics of what they are going to look like when you order them,again thanks alot for the info.

the one that is shown in the picture is for a honda ...you should always e-mail the buyer if you bid on ebay.

The same picture is used for all of the NEX Coilover setups that he is selling. If you scroll down a bit further, you'll see his other auctions and the same pic is used for everything. Definately email the guy first though.

There's nothing wrong with the NEX setup...The NEX setup is only ride height adjustable. The shock/strut is non-adjustable. This is a good street setup but if you need adjustablilty for track use then probably be best to look elsewhere. But for the money it's a nice setup.

NEX is imported by Golden apple, the importers of ADR and RS Limited. I will contact them for testing. They are only 20min from my house.

They are non damping adjustable, but height adjustable as stated above.

They better have camber plates.
