I just bought a 2005 Mazda 6 with a six speed ealier and was looking for more info on these cars and how they are.I am used to having american muscle cars like the one i just sold a 94 Z-28 camaro. This car i just bought has full power, black and dark grey interier,sunroof,17 alloy rims,6 cyl, with a Bose system in it and blue on the outside. Can anyone tell me more about the car and how good they are because it drives really nice but i have to get used to it.

Welcome...Your thread has been moved from the Off Topic forum to the appropriate forum for your question.

I would recommend reading through the Mazda6, Atenza & MAZDASPEED6 (MZSPD6.com) forum to get some ideas...There is plenty of juicy info floating around here...:)

(bump) for some input from other Members and Moderators...Enjoy the forums! :D

Thanks for the input. One month ago i had to put head gaskets on my camaro and rented a car which was a Mazda 3 and i liked driving it so i just sold my car and bought the Mazda 6 yesterday. This is totally diferent than i am used to,I dont even know exactly how much power the engine has.The guy said 220.I am used to 500 hp with my camaro but it was time for a family car with the two kids.If anyone has more input on this car it would be appr, thank you.By the way, does anyone on here live in Boca Raton?

Welcome to the site. According to online resources, the V6 engine for this car is rated at 220 horsepower. As previous users have posted, cheap and effective modifications for power and efficiency center around opening up the intake and exhaust.

another effective mod is to keep your interior clean of all the s*** and debris you may bring into it. keeps the weight down lol.
