Now I have heard everything.
"Currently, New York State has a "puppy lemon law" at Article 35-D of the General Business Law. The law reads that if within 14 days of purchase of a dog or cat, it is found to be unfit by a state certified veterinarian due to illness or congenital malformation, the pet dealer shall allow the purchaser one of the following options: a.) the right to return of the animal with a full refund, b.) the right to exchange the animal for another animal, or c.) the right to retain the animal with reimbursement from the pet dealer for veterinary services for the purpose of curing the animal."
So, is their automobile lemon law this simple?
