Yes, 235s will rub in the rear with that offset. Try to find rims with an offset between 48-53. Even a 48mm may require your rear fenders to be rolled.
Yeah, a +43 is just asking for problems. I am gonna be running a 17x9 235/40/17 at +45. Shouldn't be a problem but I think its the most aggressive you can get in terms of width on the MS3.
