....late last night, while driving to the local Taco Cabana 
, a Mercedes S-500 sedan, driven by a young man (dunno), wanted to take a bite of the Pirana mobile. We went up and down teasing each other until a good piece of empty road (Hwy183 for you DFWrs), we both nailed it and I went about 3 car length ahead of him at about 120mph. He started to gain on me and when he was on my rear end, I looked at the speedo and it was pegged at 140mph. Looked quick at the gauges, 1400 degrees egt, still rich on the a/f, psi at 11. I figured it was well over the 140 mark at around 145 or 147. Car was very stable. Did have to stop and he went by. I assure you he didnt know I was going to give such a ride.
