New Speed3. New to the Forum

Just saying hey for my first post. Currently drive an 09 Speed3 mystic gray with a mazdaspeed CAI. I drove a 03 Hyundai Tiburon before this that made it to 211whp so this is a nice jump for me. I'm in the Marines and I'm currently deployed. Looking to see what to do for my next mod which will eith be a FMIC or a downpipe.

Welcome! If you don't have an aftermarket rear engine mount, make that your next mod. The more torque you add, the worse the stock mount performs... and it's a smoldering piece of s*** from day one as it is.

Thanks for the welcome. Believe me that I have some thick skin if thats what you are referring to when you say take everything with a grain of salt. You have to in my line of work. But I will def. be buying he engine mount now that you said something.

Welcome! I'd also agree on first mod being the rear motor mount. Make sure to research before jumping right into things. I wouldn't recommend a dp as a first mod because it can cause issues (smoking turbo).....and would instantly void your warranty.
