New rotors from dealership

I had my car in service and they decided that my front rotors were warped.
They also ordered new OEM one whitout telling me since I would have preferred getting something painted so that it would not have rusted.
Well after trying to convince them to paint they said that they simply could not.
I went to get the car and my bill was like 25 dollars for the oil change.
They told me that they did not charged me for the rotors since they resurfaced them 10000 miles ago and I that really surprised me.
Then I go out and I look at the rotors. they were painted.
I talked to the manager and he said that it did not even know it and that it is the firste time that i saw that. They are OEM but painted.
Anyway, that was a goog news and surprise coming from them.I am glad I saved 400 dollars for the brake job.

Yeah, cause people were complaining about the rust so there was a TSB or something about it a while ago. Now they prob all come painted
