Didn't get too far yet, we couldn't source a picker at the time we were looking. I'll post more pics as the project progresses.

Turbo colts are awesome sleepers!(thumb) (thumb) for you!

Few more pics from this weekend:

Both engines are out now. The Colt enigne was pulled a while ago. Saturday we pulled the 4G out, cleaned the engine bay of Colt, then ran around on Sunday trying to find the right mounts to bolt it in along w/ hydro clutch setup. We also picked up a Hyundai Elantra valve cover to "stealth" the engine a bit.

Those colts / mirage's are fucken sweet sleepers man. I bought this one SCC last summer devoted entirely to swapping a 4G into a colt. It was phat.

how hard would it be to put the awd from either a gsx, tsi or even an evo into that thing?

More than it'd be worth..... :)

Hoist from TSC? Looks the same as mine....

I love sleepers...there is a mirage around here, but the giant front mount hanging out of the cut bumper cover kinda gives it away.

Harbor Freight.... Don't know if you have those there, but it's a great place for cheap too. Not top of the line quality, but when you are not wrenching constantly they are great. I've spent hundreds there probably. There's some stuff I wouldn't dare buy though.

I want to live in Harbor Freight.

harbor frieght is awesome. i just used their tire changer a couple days ago to put on a new set of tires for my f4i. manual tire changers are a pain in the ass but it got the job done
