Paint is a lot more durable than you would think. I really don't see why anyone would need to powdercoat the gutter mesh. Even if the paint started to flake, you could easily take it off an re-paint. P-Coating will chip eventually too. Save yourself some cash and just paint it.
If you're really that picky that you want to P-Coat it, don't do it on gutter mesh. That s*** will rust in a year (trust me, I had it originally). Invest in some better quality stainless mesh that will last several years.
