New Pics From SEMA IAS ...

The roll call is just the way we wanted it ... with it being black on chrome the black really fades into the car and the chrome doesnt always reflect right back at you so it can go unnoticed a bit -- but serves its purpose VERY well and reflects like seen in the pics for photos (what all sponsors would see in magazines) -- even the editor of HCI likes em ;)

Do you have pics of the Proteges that won??

I think you should have gone with the backward decals on the passenger side, even though it is getting kind of played out. But they look nice though!!!!!

Your roll call look tight too. Hang in there Im pretty sure you will be one of the first Protege 5's to be featured. Followed by me :D

Gurly - It was great seeing you & your car there....definitely looked great!!! Like I said...get a cattle prod for those inconsiderate show-viewers that have to touch everything!! LOL!!

It was a spicy MSP from TunerGirl clothing that took 3rd (had alot of fiberglass work) .. the Jade Crew MSP (buddy club kit with WW flares and interior work) took 2nd and Acosta Racings RX-8 (with a 3 rotor RX-7 motor) took 1st.

Yea ... WTF was with that show -- people acted like it was the NY Auto Show! I have never been to a show where people touched your car soo much. Everyone was touching the car, feeling the hood -- im guessing to see if it was vinyl or paint, and if you could feel a line (you cant!). Steph's ML that was next to me - they kept closing his trunk, getting in, hitting buttons and s***. And Eddies 325/M3 (the carbon fiber one) -- they kept knocking on the body to see if it was really CF!!!

damn, yeah...people think its a manufacturers show and they can do what they want...did ya yell at anyone...I would been like "Im Rick James Bish, get the **** off my car" (laugh)

I always leave my car shut and locked at shows.

I guess you cant do that if you need to show off your interior, but ive never been big on interiors (shrug)

Even if the cars were shut, people were still puttin their dirty ass paws all over the cars -- even knocking on them!

The way the points go is that if you dont have ANY interior work or a system, and the doors are open you will get a few points .. but if your car is closed up, you will get ZERO points - even if you have a full interior, system, etc
