New Owner of 08 CX9 Touring

My wife and I just purchased a 2008 CX9 Touring edition. Had 14k miles on it, with leather, towing package, and roof rack. Paid 23.2k out the door. I thought we got a great deal.

We test drove all kinds of SUV's, Vans, and crossovers, for our growing family and just happened to stop by the Mazda dealership looking at a used car on the lot when the CX9 caught our eye. Took it for a test drive and made sure three car seats could fit in the middle seat and our decision was made. It drives great and the interior fits us really nice.

A few questions:

Should I consider buying an extended warranty?
What upgrades do you guys recommended (non audio or appearance upgrades)?

Good move, jtl. Given its age, a good quality extended warranty isn't a bad idea, although, depending on the in-service date you may still have a few months of manufacturer's coverage left. 14k miles on an '08 is v-e-r-y low. If I were you, I would have it lifted and examined thoroughly, including engine and tranny appearance and performance, if you haven't already. It is a fine family mover, so you and yours enjoy!
