New Mazdaspeed Protege Owner.

Hi all,

Just Bought a Yellow 2003.5 Mazdaspeed Protoge Friday last week and am loving it. Car has been modified before I bought it. Does not look like any internals mods were done. The exterior has a DG carbon fiber hood, aftermarket rims, and unknown aftermarket suspension. Car is in overall good condition, I would rather have had it all stock as I am not that flashy of a guy and the car draws more attention (good and bad) than I would lilke. Plus the stock rims are wicked awesome themselves already. I am not an audio nut, so I didn't notice until now that the ass of an owner before me left me with no amp for the subs in the back... sucks!!!, but an inexpensive part to replace. Looking forward to learning and participating in the worlds of Mazda/Turbos/Tuning... all of which I am a relative newbie at.

axisboldaslove: YEP! thats a electronic sunroof. Must be aftermarket cause I dont' see it as an option on the factory brochure.

That was the first thing I noticed LOL as I scolled down to post it I saw your post.
He took the amp out?? isn't our amp on that enclosure in the trunk?? If he went through all that work to remove the amp I wonder why he just didn't take out the whole thing??
More pics please, we will tell you all that is done, and maybe all that needs to be.

Lol "trick suspension upgrades"

That one made me laugh a little. You might want to invest in new wheels and suspension first. God know what "trick" parts he put on there and how long they will last. Have any pics of them?
