for an 08.5 thats a pretty decent deal, but for an 08 you can negotiate them down. i got my 08.5 GT for 22,800. You should shoot for low 22ks as your price b4 TTL

Well, I didn't get a chance to test drive one locally today. I'm going to low-ball the dealer for $23,800 (OTD) on the 2008. I know. I know. It ain't going to happen. Maybe go up to $24,500.

I'm not going to start negotiating until I know for sure that I could make the 4 hour drive up there.

I just got mine Sunday in Ohio. I have S-plan, so I got an 08.5 sport metro grey for 23,200 OTD. S-plan was 21,700 and they knocked off another 200 because I told them I didn't want to pay their Documentation Fee (which is BS by the way, it goes straight in their pocket). I had to walk out, but they called me back in 5 min, and negotiated over the phone to below S-plan price.

Yes, I had S-plan, but it was EASY for them to knock 200 BELOW S-plan price. I walked in Saturday, and drove away Sunday with my car. I probably could have went lower if I really tried.

I don't know how it is in your area, but there are a lot of these on lots in Ohio.

I paid $22,500 before taxes (~$24000 OTD) for my '08 Cosmic Blue Mica SPORT. $500 more for a GT? Go for it.

I agree. I actually told him that I also liked the white. (which I do). So what's the deal with the turbos? Also, I've heard that the A/C doesn't blow very strong. In S.Florida, A/C is a top priority. I guess we'll see what happens. I plan to go to a local dealer in a little while to look at a 2008.5. The cosmic blue is about 4 hours away, so that will have to be next week. Thanks again everyone for your feedback.

I live in South TX and the a/c is fine. Just make sure you use recirculate when you really need it to get cold fast.
