Hello, last week I bought a used 2009 Mazda3 hatchback, 23,000 miles, stormy blue mica. http://static.mazdas247.com/smilies/luxhello.gif. I've spent a couple of weeks here looking around and reading threads to help me decide which car to buy. Thanks all posters.
First impressions on the car are very favorable, you guys know the pluses, pep, handling, it has great visibility, comfort, etc.
I am really liking the huge glove box, I tend to haul a lot of little things around.
As you know, I need to do something about the sound. I have the 6 disc changer with the standard sound. Costs and a general laziness will probably mean just changing the front door speakers.
One thing I am surprised I am having trouble with is the windshield wiper set up (we have been having a lot of rain lately). I find it a little confusing and don't like that the wipers don't make a swipe when the intermittent speed is increased. That helps set the interval speed correctly. No biggie on an outstanding vehicle and I will adapt.
Thanks for reading and good driving to all, I'll be around.
