Constructed out of 32mm 4130 Chromoly tubing with 13mm thick solid steel arms, Tig welded inside and out with capped ends.
Powder coated in either Red or Black for ultimate corrosion resistance.

Stock Sway Bar setting:

MAZDASPEED 3 is 479 lbs/in
MAZDA 3 & 5 is 228 lbs/in

JBR 3-Way Adjustable Sway Bar Settings:
Stiff setting is 593 lbs/in
Stiffer Setting is 718 lbs/in
Stiffest Setting is 901 lbs/in

Good lookin prt. Since I'm sure you've done the arithmetic, how about posting the % increase over stock stiffness?
 
jbarone, I am THOROUGHLY impressed with how you've been popping out modifications left and right for this platform. I've got your engine dress up kit and I was very impressed with the quality.

Do you have a list of other parts that are on deck to be made? I'd LOVE to see a custom front lip/splitter for us first gen ms3 folks. That would make my day, something that is black or similar material to your mud flaps. I have my eye on the new shift knobs you made as well.

Now I'm looking at this on my phone, so forgive me if I'm wrong. But I can't seem to find any pictures of "bushings" or this actually "installed." Does anyone have any? Am I not getting pictures that are there?
