Ok i am just gonna say that the rice look went out with the fast and the furious. Interior painting? lambo doors? Good lord man you should go get a shopping cart wing, Some spinners, a huge body kit, and an air scoop on your roof I mean if your gonna go rice you should go all the way. Let me update you to the year 2006, clean look is what is in, nice lines everything flowing together. But hey man it's ur car......

please do yourself a favor and get some paint thinner lol your msp interior cost a lot of money...

^^ you two might want to check like page 7 or 8 where he posted the newer pics. Yes, he totally got rid of that old paint. Before you go flaming someone because you don't like their taste in mods, at least make sure you aren't reading a really outdated post.

I read the whole thing the blue still looks silly, no need to paint the interior......im not saying he is a bad guy just that he likes rice.........

It's quite tasty (rice, that is). I should post a pic of my painted interior. I have the radio surround and shifter surround pieces painted sunlight silver metallic (just a tad brighter than the stock silver, and it matches my exterior). I doubt anyone would notice unless I told them I painted it though. Oh and I have the fake CF replaced with real CF.

I have seen it on other cars and i agree it can be done and look good, but to me he is just ricey, if he did it the color of the car it may look ok.

yea i did see it on page 7 before i posted but honestly if he ever tries to sell the car its not going to be that attractive, i would think most people would be thinking about ok how am i going to replace or get this stuff off? Its not like it was professionally sprayed either its a messy job. I talked to the guy on aim once hes a cool dude. If he likes it like that then its all good. Just looking out really.

yea i hear ya and the feedback is good... i re did it and am happy with it... i really like it... i still got some more with the interior i want to do so.. im thinkin bout gettin the carpetin done and gettin a Black or some other good color carpet put it.. and there are other things i want to get done so.. but yea.. ill keep gettin that interior better.. and either way.. if worst comes to worst.. it can all be taken care of with an order for stock parts.. no biggy there. but i like it so.

yea besides that note... how do i upgrade the intercooler to that big one that is at the bottom of the front bumbper like the evo and stuff? and what else can i do for under the hood without boosting the psi to much so i dont blow the rods??

Suggestion....

Take the paint off ASAP.

Worse comes to worse and your ruined your interior and you CAN'T get it back to stock, take your time and paint all that was silver - Black or Dark Grey, etc.

Sorry bro, that looks bad bad bad.

Yeah, I did see, and I am not sold on it.

If you get sick of it, change it back to stock or black. Also, is that interior specific paint? It needs to be.

INTERIOR specific. Meaning, only for the interior. It will be thinner.

DO NOT use the local Checker spray can on the interior. That is fine for under car stuff, but it is too thick for the interior.

oo yea yea.. i hear ya.. na i used specific paint.. i even got the brake caliper paint stuff to i need to get that done now... but yea.. i want to order some hot parts to replace them but im not sure where i can get a set to replace all that stuff in the car so.. you know of anywhere??
