I know there're some car wash places that offer 'new car scent' as one of the choices if you do interior detailing with them. Not sure how popular they're though.

Buy a new car every year? I don't think it's something that can be retained really.

my car smells as new as the day i bought it. that spray NEVER smells like a new car.
