Turbo to Intercooler Pipe Includes:
2 x High Performance Transition Silicone Hoses (2.25 to 2.00)
2 x 2.25 T-Bolt Clamps (for use on the 2.00 end of the transition silicone hose)
2 x 2.50 T-Bolt Clamps (for use on the 2.25 end of the transition silicone hose)
Intercooler to Throttle Body Pipe Includes:
1 x High Performance Transition Silicone Hose (2.25 to 2.00)
1 x 2.50 45 High Performance Silicone Hose Elbow
2 x 2.75 T-Bolt Clamps (for use on the 2.50 45 degree silicone elbow hose)
1 x 2.50 T-Bolt Clamp (for use on the 2.25 end of the transition silicone hose)
1 x 2.25 T-Bolt Clamp (for use on the 2.00 end of the transition silicone hose)
BEFORE INSTALL
T-BOLT CLAMP SIZES ARE ENGRAVED ON TO THE SIDE OF EACH CLAMP
MAKE SURE TO USE THE CORRECT SIZE CLAMP FOR EACH SIZE HOSE
MATCH ALL HOSES AND CLAMPS TO BE SURE NOT TO USE A CLAMP IN THE INCORRECT LOCATION
TAKE YOUR TIME ON THE INSTALL TO AVOID SCUFFING
THE POLISHED ALUMINUM
INSTALL
IF YOU DO NOT THINK YOU ARE CAPABLE, HAVE THE KIT INSTALLED PROFESSIONALLY
STOCK PIPING MAY BE DIFFUCULT TO REMOVE, TRY BACK & FORTH AND CIRCULAR MOTIONS WHILE PULLING OFF
ALUMINUM PIPING DOES NOT FLEX LIKE THE STOCK PIPING, THERE WILL BE A TIGHT FIT
IF NEEDED, LOOSEN INTERCOOLER BOLTS FROM RADIATOR TO ALLOW FOR MORE MOVABILITY
PUT THE SILCONE HOSES ON THE TURBO AND INTERCOOLER OR INTERCOOLER AND THROTTLE BODY FIRST
DONT FORGET THE CLAMPS! LOOSELY PUT THE CLAMPS IN THE CORRECT LOCATIONS
MANEUVER THE ALUMINUM PIPING INTO THE HOSES
FOR THE INTERCOOLER TO THROTTLE BODY PIPE, ADJUST PIPE AWAY FROM BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER
PUT THE CLAMPS IN PLACE AND TIGHTEN
RECOMMENDED AFTERMARKET PARTS TO BE USED WITH INTERCOOLER PIPING:
