need some help with code p2096

I have had these code for about 4 days i keep resting the code cause it the check engine light is annoying. I have already hooked up my multi meter to the downstream oxygen sensor to the two white pins and got .001 ohms
ohms. Is the sensor in need of replacement.
Just want to know if any one has the resistance values from a working/new o2 sensor

Fixed finally. The cause was a tiny hole in air filter that then made the maf sensor real dirty

I'd have a hard time seeing a tiny hole in the air filter! Good catch.
