Need some help asap tire scraping

Hey I finally got some rubber on my old rims today, absolutely love it but for one thing sharp turns, or bumps I'm scraping. I'm running 205/45R17 on 17x7.5 rims not sure of the offset. Do you guys think rolling my fenders will fix or help this out. More info still running stock suspension looking into coilovers and camber right now but buying online don't want to wreak the tires before they come in.

I have the same size rims and mine does the same thing thanks to weak rear struts. Push down on the rear of your car if you can push it down with ease its time for new struts
