need some advice

I have 2002 Protege ES and debating to buying the JIC Cat-Back exhaust, AWR Headers and the Wagner Mid-Pipe with High Flow Cat. Do you think this set up will be very intrusive / annoying and Drone bad in the highway? Your feed back will be greatly appreciated. I was also thinking about the Racing beat Cat Back exhaust, but people here in the forum feel that the JIC Cat back is the Best.
