Just got my airpump block plate, and put it on, but car won't idle! What did I do wrong? (uhm)

okay so like its been over a week since i've been here, and uhh...yeah i fixed the problem, one of the vaccum lines was severed some how. but now she runs fine. thanks anyway. =)
