Need help with inconsistent idle

1999 Mazda Protoge DX 1.6L has 150k miles replaced the head 2 years ago and its ran like this since, it only does it between cold and up to temp, when its cold its fine and when its up to temp its fine, it has 150psi of compression on all 4 cylinders, I'm stumped check engine light codes are (P0107 MAP sens low voltage) and (P0304 cylinder 4 misfire) its very inconsistent sometimes it gets so bad it'll die and you got to restart it. we did a few sensors but I'm stumped, any more questions abt the car i prolly know it.

Ps, ignore the ugly intake the factory box broke. EDIT its also down on power a lot it barely goes up a hill in 3rd gear at 40mph i get its a slow car but it wasn't ever this slow.

You still running an EGR valve?
Honestly with the way that engine looks when's the last time you did any maintenance on it?

idk if it has egr we've tried to have it serviced at every shop here but no one will work on it it took a year to get someone to fix the keyway on the crank i can do a lot of mechanical stuff but i cant figure out electronic garbage every 3k oil change and 30k gear oil he's just broke and doesnt drive it a whole lot so we've kinda been neglecting it just wanna know whats wrong with it at this point before cleaning anything EDIT we also live on a dirt road
