need help with code0134 no activity bank 1

So I had to replaced my main o2 sensor cuz the one it had was one of the universal sensors so after I installed the new one I got this code 0134 I checked the wiring everything look good I check the voltage and on one of the blk wires which hooks to green/Red stripe the voltage flickers compared to the other one which is solid I checks the second o2 both wires are solid voltage I hooked the scanner 1st o2 no activity at all 2nd o2 varies on the voltage and the car now begins to shut off on me when I'm driving the rpm drops to 0 the jumps up to 650 before it never did any one know what else it could be or would it be I got a bad 02 sensor any suggestions would help me out alot

Sensor is bad, exchange it

Yeah I'm currently waiting on a new one has to be special order go figure lol I also saw that the engine Coolant temp sensor was damage so I replaced that one cuz my fan would go on every 5 to 10 mins while driving or at a dead stop so I wonder if that has something to do with the o2 messing up
