Need help on interior neon lighting

and also being a blue blooded american and beeing told to give up my fredom of speech because ive never put on street glow under my thunder bird, in my sound system, under the dash and front seats, and in countless freinds cars as i was groing up (still am). i just say things to i dont even know what you think. i think the only one here posting anything not helpfull is you my freind. im saying they are cool but a pain in the you know what and he/she should spend the money on somthing else like a cooler front end or better bumps. if hes not into racing thats fine, i was in a sound club for like four years jees.. spend more time helping other people insted of critcizing others (humpleg)

I think im going to t tap into the dome light after the fuse box, and go straight to the neons so they only come on when the doors are open. I know its not "race" oriented, but i still think a mild red glow would look better than that awful dome.
But if i go straight from the back of the fuse box, and throw in an in-line fuse, think i will come up with any problems? thanks all. And cant we all just get along?? haha

Ok, here is how you would do it if you only want them to come on when you open the doors. Follow the how-to I wrote here:

****Except....don't run the wires of the controller to the battery. Get a "mini add-a-circuit" from an auto store, and use it to tap into the "room" fuse in the fusebox by the driver door. then run the negative wire to your negative battery terminal, or another negative wire, or part of the car's frame where you can use as a ground. The just remember to alsways keep the controller switch in the on position.
