Need help for suspension P5

In spring, I want to start to make lapping. I want to change all my suspension.

For the shocks, I will take Tokico Illumina. My big problem are the coils spring.... I want to have coils with which I will have pleasure on the track and that on the street, I don't want to have something to much ruff. I want to make a compromise.

The choices I have...

I have a Protege5 !!

Eibach Pro-kit:
- Progressive,
- 147-183lbs/in (front spring rate)
- 74-133lbs/in (rear spring rate)
- F 1.4" R 1.2"

Tein H-Tech:
- Linear
- 162 lbs/in (front spring rate)
- 129 lbs/in (rear spring rate)
- F 1.2" R 1.1"

Tein S-Tech:
- Linear
- 179lbs/in (front spring rate)
- 145 lbs/in (rear spring rate)
- F 1.5" R 1.8"

If somes have feedback with Tein coils spring, it could be great because I never heard feedback about them.

i'd stick with linear springs for any sort of motorsports. tein seems to make good stuff, although that seems like a big drop.

You definitely want linear springs if you are going to be using them on the track and whatnot. Other than that, I don't have much info on those particular springs!
