NEED HELP!Does Anyone Know how to OPEN a hood?

Yeah you read it right!The way all the *stupid* posts in here have been going I wouldn't put it past someone to post something like this!

People come on!Search is there for a reason.And to the peeps who just can't seem to have a civilized dicussion about performance,or anything for that matter,take it elsewhere!Even if your views differ be civil about it!The MSP board is getting a lot of negative things said about it by people in other sections of this forum.(hmm) I wonder why?Because you people(you know who you are)can't have a civil heated discussion without saying"well i don't like your ideas so you're a dirty little *****!"There is a lot of good info on this board and that info comes from knowledgable people trying to help everyone out!If you guys keep this up there will be a lot less of those people on here to help you fo the simple reason that they don't need the:bs: ,they already know how to do this themselves so they will just stop posting and leave!I for one don't want to see this happen !

first you yank out the front grill. just pull really hard, till you hear something like plastic snap, then it will give. then yank really really hard up on the hood, a crowbar will help. viola!

Exactly, well said Minux. Sorry if not everyone is smart as you ForceFed. Also, Maybe he/she REALLY didn't know how to open a hood. There are just some people that isn't car techy, they just drive the car, including myself (but I know how to open the hood at least ). Thus, I realize I've probably made some stuipd ass posts in the past and not utilizing the Search option. However, we all learn, I've learn to use search option before asking a question, and I've also learn alot about cars from this forum. <3 for you all!

In conclusion, if you see the topic that you think it's stupid, don't read it.

Maybe a little upset at the way things are going in the "MSP" board!
I posted this here because it mainly pertains to the "MSP" people and the people who post here.I understand that there are people who do not know a lot about cars but the repetitive threads(warranty,intake,my abs sucks,etc.)have been covered many times before.SEARCH my friends is where they should look first.If that doesn't answer the question then feel free to start a new thread and many people including myself will be more than happy to HELP!I just don't like answering the same question over and over and over and over,I think you get the point!
This wasn't meant as a flame or it would be thetre!I'm pretty good about where I put threads most of the time!
This is directed at the "MSP" board as a whole.

I was new, I asked a lot of questions,, and I DID use the search.. but seach doesnt answer every question exactly.... so instead of making a thread like this, just answer them.. I mean, how hard is it to say "yes, that voids the warrenty"....

Hey SuperSpud, I do answer almost every question that I feel confident about the answer on!I just hate typing the same thing over and over.We were all new once!I understand that new guys don't know whats going on all the time but thats why we are here to help!
I agree that the search function is getting harder to use because posts are going in a more general direction.You start out the post asking about intakes or warranty and by the end of the thread its talking about CF front lips or paint or tires or turbo's,etc.,etc.!I think I made my point on that one!Hell if search doesn't work or if you want to post then do it,I for one have no probs answering questions!
I am on here ALL the time.I get on before work in the morns(sometimes),I check the posts during the day at work(time permitting),and when I'm at home,if i'm not working on my car or someone elses or even my house,i'm usually on here helping however I can!I do a lot of research on all types of cars for my friends so that they can get what they want for them or tune them properly!I am pretty good in all aspects of automotive knowledge from tuning to building show cars to general maintenance,to major over haul to custom work and anything else you can prob think of!I am better in some areas than others, but none the less, i am very knowledgable!
I welcome all questions and try to answer them too, as there is much I don't know and would love to learn!So guess what ,I ask questions too!I just don't ask a question that was just asked and answered yesterday.And I really don't tell someone to ***** off* if I don't agree with their opinion!It is just that, an opinion,and everyone is entitled to theirs!

Yeah, this board is a bit immature but thats what happens when you market a car like this to a buncha kids. This board has become a little flame-happy. If you don't want to answer a question, just don't answer it. Don't even tell someone to use search. Just ignore it. And if you do want to help, more power to you. To each his own. easy guys. at some point someone has to learn about their car or warranty, and some stuff isn't stated in the warranty. Just allow a little room for the newbies. You guys start bitching about people that don't know some simple stuff, thats how the whole FORUM started. now, take a chill, sit back, and let people ask some rather easy questions. Some people just know more than others. Some people must learn patience.
