Need help choosing a CAI

I would appreciate some opinions on what CAI to use on my 04, 5 door automatic. I am up in the air between AEM, Injen, Weapon R, and the K&N Typhoon. I want all around performance with the fewest problems. Will certain intakes cause the CEL to come on, and if so, how does one get that problem to stop. Thanks!

IMO my top opinions would be the:

K&N Typhoon - Easily convertable to SRI (Short Ram Intake)
Injen RS Intake - Also convertable to SRI (so I've heard)

Injen - Good power gains throughout.

I just installed the AEM in my car about a week ago. No problems, nice sound, nice power. No cels. But from what I hear there's people w/ both AEM & Injen that had problems. I think everythings been resolved tho. In the end it'll really all come down to you rpreference b/c everyone has good & bad to say about them all, good luck & let me know if you need anything!

Go with the cheapest one. Intakes are all the same. You will see 2-4 hp gains at best and a fraction of that between brands. Why spend more just to get .003 more hp? As for converting to a SRI, what's the point? You will see the same gains with both types of intakes with a SRI being slightly louder. You can still drive in the winter with a CAI (I do). Plus I've driven in slush, rain, major rain, and a minor flood with no problems.

I can tell you that other than the sound and maybe a little more torque in the lower end with a CAI there is not difference. I've had both on my car, Injen, AEM, Ractive, E-bay, it's all the same.
