LOL i could be driving a 911 turbo if i lived with my parents!!!!

wait till you move out! rent and utilities and food and insurance and dating and car and gas and liquor and.......

you'll see 40K is chicken feed! especially in B-more!!!! they have the top 3 highest county taxes in MD
I moved out my Junior year of high school (actually moved out in 8th grade too - but moved in with my sister - lasted 9 months). I've been paying rent for a long time. This is why I want a house - better investment as compared to the "freedom" of renting.

ONLY 40K??? what did you do.. I bought the P5, and subsequently the MSP with my current waitering job where I make roughly 12K a year(granted I currently live with my parents...)
Well, living at home makes things substantially easier. Most of my friends still live at home, but - I love living alone. It's alot more work, and very expensive though as compared to living with mommy and daddy.

Still, I have friends who make less than half of what I do - yet because they live at home, they have brand new cars, and go on crazy vacations several times a year.

I'm not saying either one is right or wrong - truth be told - I'll recommend "living at home as long as you can possibly stand it".

I just couldn't stand it.

Unfortunately my Girl is very very picky on the cut!!! thanks for the offer!

Micah i was talking about the guy above you saying he owned a MSP on 12k a year but lived with parent!!!

I moved out when i went to college at 17. been booted out ever since.. My father told me the door no longer swings both ways !!! nice guy huh?!?!

Its for my own good, i know!

Micah - get credit cards!!!
got a couple - been running them up and paying them off. Just found out a month ago that isn't good for my credit score. Now putting a couple hundred bux a month on them and paying them off.
(second)

it isn't just about the price of the ring... the ring means more than the price to me.
