Nav/Sirius/CD/DVD - no iPod?

I have the 2008 CX-9 GT. When our dealer installed the Sirius radio, they disconnected the iPod connection, so when I push the lower right hand button, all I get is the whole car option for the DVD player. I complained and they told me there are only enough ports that they had to disconnect the iPod. Has anyone else had this problem or better yet, have a solution???

Also, know this is a fiery topic, but where can I get the latest DVD for my Nav. I have the C disc which doesn't have many of the streets in my subdivision (including the one I live on) which have been in existence since 2005. I could go on and on about the assinine directions it's given me in the past year, but I'd be preaching to the choir.

Thanks!

If you have Sirius, you will lose AUX input for ipod, so Mazda has a switch for this issue.

Jennie,
By "iPod connection" did you mean the "aux jack" inside the center console?
If yes, that nguvanh is correct. Your dealer can install a "switch box" so that you get to choose one of the two input sources into the amplifier. Without the switch box, there is only ONE input port.

Just ask your dealer for installing a switch box on CX9. They know what to do. The box costs about $120 + labor.
