Mystery noise appeared! Help!

Today while driving down the highway I heard a very odd whirring noise coming from the back right area of my car. It sounds like a loud mechanical whirring, thats the best way I can describe it. Initially I thought it was the fuel pump , but i'm having no issues starting, driving and when It happens it really doesn't seem to come from under my seat. What else could it be? I'll try to attach a video of the noise the best I could record it.

Also, It seems to be random. No braking/accelerating, turning one way or the other seems to bring it on. I'm at a loss!

If turning side to side brings it on, then my first guess would be wheel bearings. but hard to make it out in the video
