My sounddomain site updated.

Hey guys please check out my sounddomain site. I have updated it a bit with new pics of my new sub box and there is one pic of the fiberglass door pod I am building for a riends 91 Z34. The link is in my sig. please leave feedback.

looks sweet man, question, though. Why when your box was prettymuch built for seperate chambers did you drill out the holes, etc and connect them into a single? Personally I'd prefer to run seperate if possible just because of horror stories I've heared about one driver going out, and then messing up the others due to it essentially becoming a passive radiator... I guess it realyl only matters if somehow an inbalance shows up which would be strange with 3 same-subs powered off of one amp, butyea. and those panels are SWEET looking BTW.. very nice work. After playing with it a bit myself, I've got a newfound appreciation for smooth f/g installs.

I finally updated mine @ SoundDomain. I deleted a bunch of pics because they were outdated and also revised the text since it was too wordy. (boom07) (blah)

Well when I designed the box it measured just under 2 cubic ft. each sub needs .66 so it would need 1.98 total. unfortunately when I was figuring airspace I forgot to figure in that i would have interior braces. So I decided to allow airflow through the whole box to help compensate for my oversight. The subs are wired into parallel to make a 1.3 ohm load on my JBL BP600.1. If I end up blowing one and it affects another then oh well, I got them cheap enough.

The diagram has 1 sub and your car has 3 of them. Which is correct? My JBL 600.1 is pushing two dual voice coil Elemental Design 12s (1ohm load) with no problem whatsoever.

Have you heard the Infinity Kappa separates? Just wondering how they sound. I think the next thing is a newer head unit. My Alpinej's display is cutting off intermittently. The connectors of the face plate and the unit itself may just need cleaning.

I have 3 subs, that diagram is old and needs to be changed. The older sub was a Bazooka RSW1224DVC and the new ones are Bazooka ELW1014's.

Do u know where I can get a set of those headrest covers. Somehow I lost one of them and currently have a towel over one of the monitors. I bought these off a person on one of the protege forums but can't seem to find them online anywhere.

Sub floor

Do you have any pics of the frame of how you created your subfloor. I'm also curious to know how you created the template to make your subfloor top. Out of all the trunks I've seen your's is the most practical I've seen. Thanx, any help will be great.
