The notch you see is just the reflection. the top half is still the factory bumper

Don't know how I feel about the kit until it's painted... was just gonna mention the calipers, too. They look kinda light. I painted mine as well and the color matches almost perfectly. What paint did you use?

I know exactly what you mean. I laugh so hard when I see civics with unpainted body kits. Oh,...and that's every day.

Yeah, I totally agree!!!

I can't stand cars that roll around with non painted body kits. So what? You had the money for the kit, but ran of it to get it painted? haha...so you show off the kit? Man, it's sooo annoying! Anyhoo...definitely like the bumper. I'm sure you didn't have that planned to roll around with it primer colored. Post up some pics ASAP when it's all said and done.

theres 2 reasons for this and every1 should remember this if u ever get a kit. the first reason is that theyve blown all their $ on the kit and dont have enough to paint it and are too impatient to wait so they put it right on. but the reason why this is good is becuz when u first get a kit and put it on, after driving it around, being in the sun, and just in general being on the kit....it still has to conform even more to the body of the car. so if you paint it BEFORE you put it on, the extra conforming (is that a word) to your car could crack the paint. IMO its worth lookin like a dork for about a week or 2
