Finished up my headlight duct today. I'll post a video of it sucking in my buddy's fingers later. Should help out a lot at the track (I won't be daily driving like this).

Great job! Got any closeups?

How did you do it? Large holesaw?

s***...I'd leave it like that...but it does look kinda small..but its super cool.

Dude, someone should get on making some of these or fog light ducts for the protege...Sweet mod, none the less.

I'll get some closeups tomorrow when it's light outside. I used a 2.5" holesaw, then cut the pipe to sit flush with the lense, sealed up the hole with clear silicion and attached the 3" ducting with black duct tape. This time duct tape isn't ghetto :)

I painted the pipe black but it got banged up sliding it through the headlight so I stripped the paint off.

Just swap out the stock headlight for the track unit...takes 10 mins.

yeah but taking the front bumper off all the time.. definitely going to need to stock up on those little clips on the headlight that attachthe bumper on the side haha.

Nice, I recently did this mod but I ran a U shape into the fender well where the injen goes. I used 3" tubing from home depot (looks the same) and a 3" hose clamp to crush it down to the 2.75" intake on the air box. It's really tight and I wish there were some alternative that offered the direct path if yours without requiring such permanent modification :(

Intake temps with a heat soaked engine bay dropped 10+ degrees f, though.

L8R..this mod would work perfect for you..if those hawaiin showers arise...just throw on the sexy headlight covers.
