My Gauge Pod!

Just though I'd show my guage pod.

Gauges are Autometer Boost, EGT, and Oil Temp.
I have an Innovate A/F which has a single gauge cup for it.

that looks pretty good. In the first picture it looks great but in the bottom 2 iot looks a little grayish so it wont match the interior. Get some pictures when its installed, i would like to see how it looks with the rest of the dash.
Who makes it? how much?

How so. It goes right over the radio which is easy to see. It is not likeit is on the passenger side of the car. LOL

I just wanted to do something simple that anyone could do. This was my first attempt and I like the results. Angling it could have been done, but would have been hard to do. And I don't think the extra work done to do that would have justified itself in the end.

i think tsunami its refering to posible glare. you can tell that when light hits it its dificult to see. in the pictures you see the flash makes it very hard to see. Angled would have been nice.

There is no glare at all on the gauges when in the car. I'm pretty sure there will be no camera flash going off while I'm driving the car. (boom07)
I know what he means by angling it, but after having it in the car and looking at it you will see that it is not nessecary.

I stated that it would be more work and wouldn't be worth it because if you did angle it, it would be a very slight angle.

that charger cord for your radar detector (i assume) needs some seriuos re routing... damn doesn't that annoy the **** out of you? like the pillar pod except it doesn't cover the whole pillar... though i deff like the black gauges...hot!!!

the only thing with the pillar mount is that you can't mount anything on the pillar if you have the side impact air bags.

Thanks but this was one that another board member had made and I bought it from him. I think he had it done by someone locally where he lived.

Oh, and it does cover the entire pillar. It is an exact replica of the factory one.
