i got a friend who own a bmw 330ci really loves my car...for the exterior...he said it looks really good..it's the best hatchback....great design...for the interior..it's very comfortable and nice...he said our p5 have a great value...and he's surprice that with under 27000 can. we can get this much...
so we switched car to drive...he said it gave him a very light feeling on gas and good response on brakes...it feels like driving a 160hp car already...
haha..he loves the car so much he wanted to switch our car for one day...haha...
and did i mention i love his 330ci too....so happy have a chance to drive bmw...haha
and he even asked me is there any chance there are used p5 out there..cause he wanted to buy it...hahha..
i said noway....we p5 owner will never sell such a great car

Heh, what a coincidence, almost the exact same thing happened to me, except my friend had a 323ci :) He said other than it being underpowered, it's a great car. And we traded for one day. No matter how much I like the P5, I gotta say, I love his 323ci WAY more than my P5. More girls look at me when I drive than thing :D And it pulls sooo nice, the acceleration of a RWD is truly different than a FWD. Can't compare.

I am with Gene on this one....more people have ask me quesitons about my P-5 than other cars....they KNOW what a beemer is....they see so few of our cars that for starters they just have no idea what that really cool little wagon it....AND THEY WANT ONE!!! :{D

Heres another euro testimonial. My father just got a Saab 93 turbo last Saturday and insisted I take it out for a drive. When I got back, hes like Now isnt that a fine handling car? All I say is Dad you need to drive my Mazda, itll run circles around that Saab. I never could get him to drive it before, because he thinks only Europeans can build great handling cars, and Japanese cars are only for those that cant afford European.

When he gets back with my Pro hes saying it not only handles better, but even comments that the interior fit and finish is better. Then he throws out But my Saab has more power. I reply Duh Dad, its turbo charged and cost $28k more, I still drive faster than you, so whats that matter anyway. He agrees, and reluctantly accepts that for the money the Saab may not be all that great, at least not when compared to a lowly Protg.

I have to admit for a 2.0L that Saab did scoot when the boost hit, more than I expected anyway.

Yes...I can agree here...I have so many beamer guys checking out Pogo. I believe it is due to the fact that they are in the same class of styling; sleek with a combination of gradual curves and sharp edges, and powerful facial features.

I think it is amazing how we model cars after our own appearances. Just think of how funky it would be to have 1 light in the front. No one would buy it and deem it as ugly. Why? because we as humans have to see two eyes. :)

This is why I name all my cars. They are people too. That and my native american heritage says all things come from the earth, therefore have souls. Laugh if you want...My 99 miata that I used to have used to do crazy "Christine" kinda, but not as psyco as Christine. He used to turn up the radio volume on my fav part of a song with out me even touching the radio knobs. I miss him...
