Just bought my MS3 and, I love it.
I'm a veteran to the car tuning seen, won many prizes and got my 01 turbo civic publish in many magazines.
I wasn't looking for a car but I placed my civic on Modified Car on line and prized it at $30k negociable just for kicks.
A year later a get a call from a mom and son team wanting to get into the car seen and such so to make a long story short they traded me a 2001 mercedes S500 in mint condition and 5k.
Withing a week I closed the deal and flip the mercedes for 25k and starting shoping for a new car.
But I had a stict list of rules for my self.
1-It had to be turbo
2-I wanted NO PAYMENTS
3-It had to be priced right.
I did my homework and test drove the new:
EVO nice very nice but the one I wanted was expensive.
GTI I was ok with it 70% nice car, different.
WRX great technology but the new body style left a lot to be desired and the price was still a bit high.
And as a suggestion from a former friend / sponsor I went and test drove the MS3 and I loved it at first drive, the power, the looks, the many extras but deffinately the PRIZE was a big factor on my decision.
I almost bought the EVO but I it was 12k more than what I had.
Since I was going to stick with numero 2 on my list I decided for the MS3 no contest.
And I'm glad I did!
