Ha, so I'm not the only one...the smell in my new one (late May) was pretty strong, had me a bit upset a few times.
Since I have a garage, I started leaving the windows down at night, and keeping them cracked when parked outside during the day.
It took about 2-3 weeks, but now it's hardly noticeable.
I still leave the windows down some at night, and had to air it out the other day as I'd got a couple of gallons of gas for the lawn mower and no matter now careful you are, the jug (plastic) always leaks some fumes. I left the tailgate open for a couple of evenings and all is well.
