justanotheradikt said:i dont find that true.... it was older because of the time he went. ive been on 11 RCCL cruises.... only one had majority old people... the freedom of the seas which i went on in mid oct. if you go when school is in session there will be older people....prices seem to be lower also. but during hte summer there are plenty of young people on RCCL. not your college frat kid that wants to just get drunk and hump everything that walks but respectable young people that still like to have a lot of fun.
jeremyfl said:It is possible then that the trends have changed but typically RCCL, Princess, Holland America and the like usually drew an older crowd.

And its nice you got to see the rocket go up...I can see them from my house though lol.
justanotheradikt said:explorer and mariner are basically the same ship....there are cosmetic differences but they are sisterships and basically the same size. their newest and biggest is the freedom of the seas. they are comming out with a bigger one...should be out kinda soon actually.

The only real bummer to it was that there were two full days at sea, where we were just on the boat, and the on boat activities, no s***, were trivia, bridge, and not dying of old age. Those two days kind of sucked!
