My car goals have finally been met!!!!

So went cruising last night and had a hole in my wasegate vaccum line so was running 14 psi on the dot no spike no nothing it was running like a TOP, u also have to remember that im at 6000 ft above sea level so since my first car my goal was to be faster then a WS6 Trans Am(in amarillo thats all you see cruising around) so i thought maybe it was unattainable with this car. I had 11.2 afr's at 14psi so the car felt great and was super responsive, I Raced alot of cars last night, i raced an Sti last night and pulled a car before we had to slow down, and eventually found a WS6 TA, the first race was a 2nd gear 40 roll and i pulled hard on him and then for some reason he wanted to go again so i figured i'd really let him have it and Brake spooled on him and ate his lunch i even let him get the jump and it was an official ass whoopin!! it blew my mind that actually beat him, and yeah i know it could have been driver abilities and all

but then i raced my friends Z28 hes got some mods 3 inch exhaust dumped after the drivers seat hes got a 2500 stall and big ol meats on the back, intake, and the race was better but still pulled pretty hard through 3 gears! so needless to say i felt like a badass in my little KUMQUAT!! Just thought id share cause it was an awesome experience!! and now im gonna replace the wasegate line so im runnin 8-9 again

Yeah especially since you are still on a stock ecu without many supporting mods. I definitely wouldn't be running 14psi without meth or a j&s.

I wouldnt have been running crazy boost like that if the afr's would have even been close to unsafe and the kid that had it before me B E A T on it apparently all the damn time and he was running 15 when i got the car, with the elevation so high i would imagine 14lbs is more like 12 for you guys closer to sea level, the car was F***ing amazing!! i went out two weekends ago and hot stomped on by just about everybody, this time after making 2 laps up and down the street i had brand new camaro SS's guys coming up to me giving me props and saying they dont even want to race me! And believe me i'm not trying to be a bad ass or somethin but the car was laying the smack down on everybody!! im running 8-9psi right now and this weekend will be able to try some new tunes out with my SS AFC it should be fun!! By far best race of saturday night was the STI my friend knew the guy hes got exhaust, intake, and a couple other bolt ons i almost craped myself when i got him!!! he was one of the ones that had stomped me the last time i was out and even he was jaw dropped!! ITS A GOOD FEELING TO BE FEARED HAAAHAHA

Yeah, my buddy Bryan has a '07 Subaru STI. It's completely stock, which I'm happy for. He has a intake and 3" turboback exhaust system, but I told him to way till I race him stock to see what I have against STI/EVO's. He'll be joining me when I start my car club here pretty soon. Should be some fun times ahead for me. Get that tune going mang! oh, and get videos of your kills! That's the first thing I'm going to do.

Yeah at the end of the night i was kicking myself for not taking vids i have a realllllly crappy camera but it would have been better then nothing!!

Race a six speed LSX car and take a vid then come back and show us. That is a low 13 second car stock. Props if this is true and I am sure the driver mod is what took home the win.

Whoa with the hostility my friend, dont hate, appreciate haha Every car i've ever owned has been an import and since day one my goal for every car has been to beat a trans am WS6 the closest i got was a turbo eclipse but it still walked me pretty good, this is no hoax i assure u dude, if i hadnt have raced my friend with the modded Z28 right after the WS6 kill i would not have thought it possible(because of driver error or just a crap car) but his Z28 is really quick and i walked on him pretty good, u gotta love the brake spool, i feel like its almost cheating(me laughing while i type this) but its like your getting a head start on em haha, u know what just for you mr. Revmoto i'll be sure to take along a passenger to record the next time i get to go out and race. HATERS gotta hate right haha jk jk

When I bought my MSP the WGA was bad as well. When I fixed it it took a while to get used to the "lack of power" It's nice knowing that my engine shouldn't explode now though.

You are talking about my most beloved car here. MY first race car ever built was my 2001 WS6 with a 402 stroker LS6 motor with a 300 shot. This car made 826rwhp and ran a 9.7. When it only had an exhaust, intake, and tune it ran a 12.1. With minor bolt ons I literally put bus lengths on my friends MSP which has a full turboback, injen intake, and a mbc set to 11psi just for our run. I am not hating but being realistic. Also LS1's don't run out of steam like a 4 cylinder with a baby snail. Even brake boosting your car doesn't match the torque of a V8. The only thing I can see you getting the jump on him is his automatic trans being laggy. A video would be nice and I will applaud your victory once I see it with my own eyes. With that being said I will also bash on the WS6 owner for allowing himself to lose to an MSP
