I consider myself a good driver and ive never been in an accident but in DD I dont ALWAYS stay 3 car lengths behind all the time. Maybe it wasn't raining hard and the road was just a little slick. We dont know. The point is you don't know the situation so leave any negative assumptions to yourself. If she was racing through rainy streets and messed up her car then yeah that deserves some nasty posts but this was clearly an accident.
