MSP spotting another MSP today, in MD

My girlfriend in a Spicy Orange MSP was driving down 295 near Rte 175 and 32 today and had some chick leaning out the window giving her a thumbs-up, supposedly in another grey MSP. We later may or may not have seen the same girl (brunette) driving in Greenbelt/Bowie this afternoon.
