Kinda long. Two of my friends and me went to play pool. When we left the place, there was an se-r that was going to race a 5.0 mustang, so we wanted to go see. I was going straight and this guy in a beat up red civic hatch that had some unpainted body panels on it wanted to run a stop sign and try and get in front of me, but I didnt slow down so he had to slam on his brakes. He must have gotten really pissed( I think he had a couple too many beers), because he started to tail gate me, we got onto route 29 south, which is 4 lanes on both sides. I am riding in the third lane, he is behind me tailgaiting me. I go to move over to the second lane, but before I can he floors it as I am moving into the lane and we almost hit but he goes into another lane. Then he cuts me off and slams on his brakes going 50-60 and slows down to 10 mph. He continues to drive slow as s***. So i pass him and he get right on my ass and then turns on his high beams. This continues for like two miles, i try to lose him by moving through what traffic there is but he continues to blind myself and others with his brights. I turned on to a 4 lane(2 on each side) road, thinking I could lose him or go to a friends house and her dad would come out with one of his guns and scare him away. We call and hes not home, neither is she just her mom. So we get stopped at a redlight, and I am in the right lane, he pulls into the left and then it turns green, I slowly move, he moves faster so I cut over into the turn lane and turn onto a small residential type two lane street. He is in the middle of the intersection and slams on the brakes and pulls a u turn and comes after me with the brights on. So I get one of my friends to call 911, and it takes forever to connect and answer. Meanwhile I get stopped at another redlight, this time I am in the left, he is in the right. So we stop and this guy gets out of his car all irate and s***, we are like o **** he might have a gun or some s*** and he was huge, at least 320 lbs and 6ft tall, so were like lets go. I burn out of there running the redlight but no cars were around. I do not know how fast I was going but it was a 35, and I was redlining gears, then there was a bypass/highway and we saw the guy get back in and start after us again. So I take the turn way too fast, it was a 90 degree turn definetely above 35-40. The car slides, but i put it in 2nd and power out of it and hit third. Right as I am getting on the highway, I look up and see the civic slam on his brakes at the light because it was red and the side had arrows and other cars were coming. By this time we were talking to the cops and got off at the next exit and the police station. We lost the guy once we got on the highway. We had to wait for an officer from the jusidiction this happened in to come. When he did, he was chill. He said since we spotted some unique things on the car like tirefly on only one wheel, different color body panels, etc and the drivers description they will look out for him, but the only mistake we made was not getting the license plate. If i was in any of my family's other cars or friends we may not have gotten away. The cop was like you did the right thing in getting away as fast as we could. This lil chase lasted about 10 minutes.
