what is the difference between the msp and the mp3? the only difference that i noticed was the body style, i was wandering if there was anything else, and is you could interchange the aftermarket parts from car to car. any help would be greatly appreciated.

turbo, LSD, ECU, stereo is different, rims are different.
Parts are pretty much interchangeable within reason.

Im talking about the MP3 and the 2003.5 protege, rims are the same and I thought the turbos were the same.if I were to get a CAI for the MP3 would it be useable in the 2003.5?

? huh ? mp3 have no turbo unless you buy an aftermarket one. Mp3s have 17in racingharts. Which are diff than te 03.5 msp racingharts. Maybe you should do a search on both cars to carlify further. by the way welcome to the board.

just minor interior differences, 03 has lighter color rims, different front, fog lights and diff spoiler.

Not too much difference.

yes, they are the same car besides some minor cosmetic differences inside and out.

I have an MP# and a 03.5 MSP, both are lazer blue. See the pictures I attached. The MP3 and the MSP share the basic structure and their suspensions seem to be tuned much the same. However, the MSP has ABS, a turbo and a LSD with larger axles. Other things that are different: wheels (same size but not style), the stereo, some trim pieces in the interior, the body moldings, rear wing style on the 03.5, the antenna is different, seats and trim.
