MSD Dashhawk: Purchase at your own risk

Ken Mosher and his tech team for the Dashhawk were recently fired from MSD Ignition. There is a huge stir-up going on right now between consumers and MSD. It seems it wasn't financially feasible to keep Ken and his team on payroll constantly updating the MSD Dashhawk for every single new car that comes out. Too much work and money. The MSD CEO comes out to say that a brand new Dashhawk will be coming out that is more robust and way better. Here's the info:

So basically, purchase at your own risk, because it's going to be an outdated product with little to no support going forward.
 
That's great for me, because probably by the time they get the new one all ready to go I'll be ready to buy one
 
I can't believe this. I for one thought the DashHawk and the support that Ken and his team gave were outstanding. I have never seen product support like that in my life. Look like I am moving on to something else when I get the money.
