MS3 performance

There has been a lot of talk about modding the speed 3 this week. with the Xede system, upgraded IC, exhaust, intake, and etc. My question is... are there any companies making aftermarket clutchs to hold the power that our cars can potentially make. I have no idea how strong my stock clutch is?????

the stock clutch can handle the power, I wouldn't worry about it, I am sure it was designed to hold 400whp, considering mazda is expecting there own upgrades to add 35 whp

The tires will spin before the clutch will slip. Unless you got about 325+ with drag slicks beating it stock should be fine which is nice. Its so smooth and light. Just dont power shift from 3rd and up. Chances are the tires wont spin and the clutch will take the beating. A lot of people beat there cars and I havent heard not one issue with the clutch.

sometimes i hear a squeky noise when i release the clutch from a stand stil 1st and reverese. i never noticed b4. is that normal? i assume its normal...

I get a squeek from the petal sometimes. WD-40? Not the actural clutch. You likely only hear it cause once your moving there is to much road noise to hear. Normal? guess so , but irritating.

eya tis very minor...sounds like a lil bird only when im at the peak of clutch release and holdign so the car moves....its very annoying. lol that jsut reminded me of video on youtube i saw some guys put blow off valve recirc hose attached to a duck call lol so funny look it up its hilarious
