MS3 Colors?

I was checking mazdausa and it seems we get red, black, silver and a light blue. I went over to mazda japan and they get red, black, carbon grey and light blue. Is it a mazda usa mistake or are we getting ripped from having a carbon grey?

australia also gets winning blue, every country is bit different. maybe the second year of production.
